Why is this training important?

Anyone supporting others are at risk of vicarious trauma from exposure to traumatic events, leading to symptoms like anxiety, depression, and sleep issues. Whilst they may not experience trauma directly, they not only witness the trauma but also actively participate in the storytelling process.
