Involvement

This Gwent VAWDSAV Strategy recognises the vital importance of collaborating with survivors and service users, along with people close to them, who are ‘experts by experience’ in terms of what has worked for them, their pathways through services and how easy (or difficult) it has been to find the right service and move towards independence and freedom from abuse.

This section provides information on how people can be involved in helping us to inform involvement and engagement and help shape support across Gwent.

Current Campaigns

One of the Strategic Priorities in Gwent is to raise awareness of all types of VAWDASV across Gwent, in order to enable people to recognise and access support. This supports Welsh Government campaigns
