Safeguarding Reviews
The core business of the Safeguarding Boards is to undertake a safeguarding review when a child or adult dies or suffers serious or permanent impairment of health and abuse or neglect is suspected. The purpose of a safeguarding review is to examine how well agencies work together to protect the individual. We use an approach that looks at systems and identifies learning for agencies.
