Case Practice Reviews
The core business of the Safeguarding Boards is to undertake a case review when a child or adult dies or suffers serious or permanent impairment of health and abuse or neglect is suspected. The purpose of a review is to examine how well agencies work together to protect the individual. We use an approach that looks at systems and identifies learning for agencies.
You will need to use this referral form if you intend to refer a case in to the Case Review Group for consideration.
